**Special requests may incur an additional fee**
I understand life is ever changing but we must respect each others time and expectations as much as possible. Communication is key, but when the unexpected happens here is what I request to keep us on friendly terms:
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will require a 50% fee
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice will require 75% fee
Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours will require the full donation.
If you are unable to adhere to the policy I will unfortunately no longer be able to honor future appointment requests.
